Welcome back to school! We only have 33 school days to the summer holidays, and we know that they will be packed with learning, fun and excitement! This time of year, is one of the most loved!
Year 1 Fossil Hunting at Kings Dyke
Year 1 pupils recently enjoyed an exciting and hands-on learning experience during a visit to Kings Dyke, where they took part in their very own fossil-hunting adventure. The trip brought their classroom learning to life, giving children the opportunity to explore the world of prehistoric life in a real outdoor setting.
The visit to Kings Dyke provided a valuable opportunity for pupils to develop their scientific skills.
Welcome Back Shane
We are delighted to share that Staff Sergeant Shane Sadler, Head Boxing Coach of the British Army, will be returning in July to lead another series of boxing workshops.
The children are incredibly excited, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming him back for what promises to be an inspiring and energetic experience. His mum (Mrs Bowden) will be super proud too!
