Last week was magical! The swimming gala was a big splash (sorry I could not resist); Year 6 had a great day at Duxford; and our World Book Day celebrations where incredible. Next week’s edition will be a World Book Day Special - lots of pictures of your amazing children.
Swimming Gala Success!
We are delighted to celebrate the impressive performances of our school’s swim team at this year’s annual swimming gala.
Our swimmers demonstrated fantastic skill, determination, and team spirit throughout the event, achieving some outstanding individual and team results.
A huge well done to every member of the squad for representing our school with such pride and enthusiasm.
Young Authors Shine!
We are thrilled to share that several children from Mrs Bibi’s class have had their writing selected for publication in a new collection of short stories. This wonderful achievement reflects their creativity, hard work, and growing confidence as young writers.
Congratulations to all the pupils involved — seeing their work in print is a fantastic accomplishment, and we are incredibly proud of them!
Hockey Tournament Pride!
Two teams represented our school in the recent hockey tournament, showcasing fantastic teamwork, determination and enthusiasm throughout the day.
Both groups played with great spirit and supported one another brilliantly, making us very proud of their efforts and sportsmanship. No trophies this year but the teams came home with their heads held high!
