Park Lane Primary and Nursery School, which is a member of the Aspire Learning Trust is celebrating a successful Ofsted inspection carried out in July which graded the school “good” and reported that “pupils achieve well” and that “they know there is an unspoken rule of kindness and treating others with care and respect, which they follow”.
Park Lane Primary School achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award for the second year running!
The Education Inclusion Family Advisor team offers a range of countywide online workshops. We welcome any parent/carer with a child/ren in primary schools. The transition workshops are facilitated by the EIFA team and a member of staff from the Child and Family Centre.
Stephen Barclay MP met pupils from Park Lane and New Road Primary and Nursery Schools to launch their Book Swap. Once a month pupils bring a book to school to swap with a friend. Our aim is for every child to have a new book of their own once a month.
On Saturday 13th January 2024 some of our pupils took part in the the town's annual Straw Bear Festival.
We will be holding a parents evening on Tuesday the 12th of March and Thursday 14th March.
Pupils celebrate Whittlesey in homebuilder's poetry competition
We are holding an open evening on Tuesday 17th October 2023 4pm-6pm.
On 30th June, Park Lane held an all girls football festival
On Friday 17th March, we supported Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day campaign. This year’s theme was ‘Dress up for joy and make others smile' the children took part in activities to raise awareness and promote acts of kindness towards themselves as well as others.
